Hydrangea and Rose cupcakes

I made these cuppies for my niece's 7th birthday. They are chocolate espresso and chocolate mint cuppies filled with whipped chocolate ganache and topped with fudge frosting and Italian meringue buttercream flowers. I made here a special one in a chocolate "pot" that I made simply by coating a plastic cup with chocolate. I'm still practicing on the whole piping flowers thing...
